Entry Requirements

By June 2025, you may also be required to apply for an ETIAS to enter Italy – you can find more details here.

Public Transport

For those travelling by plane, we recommend the airports in Rome, Florence and Pisa. From these cities it is also possible to reach Asciano or Sinalunga by train, on the Florence-Siena-Chiusi-Rome line.

Car Hire/ Taxi

We recommend hiring a car as the easiest way to get around and explore Tuscany. All airports will have car hire services available and it’s recommended that you book in advance.
